WHY IS IT USEFUL TO Chunk Lectures? WHAT DOES THE SCIENCE SAY?

There is a lot of discussion presently about the need to chunk up content for better student learning. But why? What’s the science behind the idea? In this video, as seen on The Times Higher Education website The Campus, I explain some of the science behind the need to deliver content in chunks.
